FMCC is looking for a Director of Youth Ministries to coordinate educational and missional events, trips, and Christ-centered fun activities that comprise our thriving Youth Department.

Depending on the best fit candidate, the position is available as part-time or full-time. The candidate needs to have a heart for working with youth, a desire to build a program that supports the spiritual and emotional growth of the students, through various methods of engagement and maintain flexibility as we navigate the changes of a growing church.
