Wednesday Night Youth

Wednesdays 6-8 p.m.

FMCC Annex | 200 Progress Road

At WNY, our middle and high schoolers develop strong friendships with each other, based on building a foundational relationship with God. Students are encouraged to invite their friends to attend so they can show others the love of Jesus, putting evangelism in action! We have lots of fun and dive deep into God’s Word in our small group time. Our students develop a tight-knit bond with each other during their time in our youth group.

We are blessed by meals provided by church members each week, and are so appreciative to each person who takes the time to prepare the food items.  If you would like to sign-up  you can visit our sign-up below.

Sunday School
Sunday School

Each Sunday, the youth gather at 9:30 a.m., at The Annex, located at 200 Progress Road, Collierville.  We dive into the scripture, discuss a variety of topics, Bible Stories, and lessons, all to help us grow closer to the Lord.  We wrap up at 10:30 a.m. to join the 11:00 am worship.

Confirmation
Confirmation

Confirmation Class meets each Sunday morning, at 9:30 a.m., during the school year. Led by three wonderful volunteers, Mr. Matt Keyser, Mrs. Amy Bradham, and Mrs. Mandy Bilbrey, Confirmation is primarily offered to our 6th grade students, but youth of all ages wanting to go through the class are welcome.  The class spans from September – May, and culminates in a special Confirmation service during Sunday worship.

Confirmation is an opportunity to respond to the grace of God available to us, as acknowledged in baptism, and to promise to live as a person of faith. “Confirmation and reaffirmation are our responses of commitment, profession of faith, and rededication.”

Interested in becoming a Youth Volunteer?

Our volunteers are the backbone of this ministry and we LOVE them! Our volunteers are needed to plan activities, food, etc. and attend events with the youth. They work hard to make sure each of our youth are provided what they need to have an enjoyable experience & help guide our students on their faith walk.

Mission Trips

We learn a lot together inside our church, but it's venturing out into the world where we get to be the hands and feet of God. Setting aside time to do mission work, attend a camp or conference where you are poured into with the word of God, and experience the love of Christ amongst your peers is such an important way to grow in faith. We would love for you to join us on an upcoming trip!
